mamasbitchin rewind
Almost 2 years ago I started this blog (my personal writing forum) to exorcise some demons, and to just plain stick with the writing. This little project has been incredibly therapeutic for some of the wounds I was licking when I got started. Now it is an extension of the work I do as a mama, an activist, and a feminist intellectual. For those of you have been following along, I genuinely appreciate your readership – it’s a nice thing to not be writing ‘into the void.’ So the following tidbit is how I started this little pony show… hope you keep reading!
Welcome to the latest incarnation of mama’s bitchin!
We’re trying out new recipes, burning down what doesn’t work, serving some whine with bitters, and enjoying the sticky sweet rolls of life with two boys and a whole lotta testosteroney poisoning!
I hope ya brought some antacids coz the livin’ ain’t easy, but it sure is fun(ny) sometimes!
